What goes in a Pomegranate Lime Mocktail?
This Sparkling Pomegranate Lime Mocktail is made with just a handful of simple, refreshing ingredients that come together beautifully.
- Pomegranate Juice: Bottled pomegranate juice is often available in the produce aisle or in the refrigerated cases at the grocery store. This ruby coloured juice gives this mocktail its vibrant red colour and signature sweet-tart flavour. (That gorgeous red colour really does make this drink perfect for holiday celebrations, Valentine’s Day and Galentine’s parties!)
- Coconut Water: Coconut water adds light hydration and a subtle natural sweetness.
- Lime Juice: Quality ingredients matter, especially in simple recipes where each flavour is allowed to shine. For this mocktail recipe, use freshly squeezed lime juice instead of the bottled variety for the brightest flavour.
- Soda Water: This mocktail is finished with sparkling water for a crisp, bubbly lift.
- Mint Sprigs, Lime Wheels and Pomegranate Arils (optional): While completely optional, garnishes such as fresh mint, lime wheels and pomegranate arils elevate this mocktail with a pop of colour and a touch of elegance. Go ahead and add at least a lime wheel, because you deserve gorgeous things!
