1/4cupfinely chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish

Instructions
In a medium size bowl, mash together the cream cheese and dill pickle juice, and stir until smooth. Add the chopped pickle, green onion, dill and salt, and stir until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavours to blend. Just before serving, garnish the dip with additional chopped pickles and fresh dill. Serve cold with crackers, veggies, pretzel chips or potato chips.
