1/4cupfinely chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnishing

Instructions
Stir together the softened butter, chives and lemon zest until well combined. Transfer to a serving dish. Allow flavours to meld for at least one hour before serving. Can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored, well covered, in the fridge until ready to use. Allow to come to room temperature before serving. Garnish with additional fresh chives just before serving.
